Awaodori

Originating in Tokushima over 400 years ago, Awaodori is performed all around Japan and also internationally. In 2023 I joined Tensui Australia an awaodori team based in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.  

My main interest is performing with the team as a shinobue player but the dance is quite irresistible...
